Ezra teaches in his Ezra 10
11 Now therefore make confession unto the Lord God of your fathers, and do his pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange wives.
Nehemiah tells us in Nehemiah 9
2 And the seed of Israel separated themselves from all strangers, and stood and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers.
The psalmist tells us in Psalms 38
18 For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin.
The wisdom of Proverbs 28
13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
Mosiah teaches in Mosiahs 4
10 And again, believe that ye must repent of your sins and forsake them, and humble yourselves before God; and ask in sincerity of heart that he would forgive you; and now, if you believe all these things see that ye do them.
The wise Isaiah teaches us in Isaiah 1

The great Jeremiah teaches in Jeremiah 35
15 I have sent also unto you all my servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them, saying, Return ye now every man from his evil way, and amend your doings, and go not after other gods to serve them, and ye shall dwell in the land which I have given to you and to your fathers: but ye have not inclined your ear, nor hearkened unto me.

Old Zechariah teaches in Zechariah 1

Malachi

Mosiah teaches in Mosiahs 2

Mosiah teaches in Mosiahs 26
29 Therefore I say unto you, Go; and whosoever transgresseth against me, him shall ye judge according to the sins which he has committed; and if he confess his sins before thee and me, and repenteth in the sincerity of his heart, him shall ye forgive, and I will forgive him also.
Mosiah teaches in Mosiahs 27
24 For, said he, I have repented of my sins, and have been redeemed of the Lord; behold I am born of the Spirit.
Alma 5
31 Wo unto such an one, for he is not prepared, and the time is at hand that he must repent or he cannot be saved!

Helaman 14
13 And if ye believe on his name ye will repent of all your sins, that thereby ye may have a remission of them through his merits.
You have read. Now ponder, then pray. Remember; “Seek and ye shall find”. You are seeking, for sure. The repenting lesson is tough. The next one is the good news.
